The Case study template is the framework's structured way to communicate impact — for supervision, commissioning, public communications or media.

• Supervision — bringing a real, anonymised case to discuss in depth. Use the case study to support reflection.
• Action Learning Sets / group supervision — a structured way to share a case for peer learning.
• Commissioner reports — paired with quantitative data (ONS4ONS4Four short personal wellbeing questions (life satisfaction, worthwhile, happiness, anxiety) — used widely as a brief outcome measure for personal wellbeing., caseload statistics) to evidence the impact of the service.
• External communications — leaflets, websites, social media, presentations. With explicit written consent.
